1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Content Doctor ("the Service"), operated by AI Regenesis Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Content Doctor provides automated SEO and content analysis tools, including:

• Content health scoring and issue detection
• AI-powered content recommendations
• Keyword analysis and competitor comparison
• PDF report generation and client sharing

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Credits and Payments

Purchasing Credits

• Credits are purchased in packages via Stripe
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
• Credits do not expire

Using Credits

• Each content analysis costs 1 credit
• Competitor analysis costs 1 additional credit
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Free Credits

New accounts receive 5 free credits. These are provided for evaluation purposes and may be limited or withdrawn at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available for completely unused credit packages
• Once any credits are used, the purchase is non-refundable
• Partial refunds are not available
• Free credits are not refundable
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe

To request a refund, contact support@contentdoctor.app with your account email and reason for the request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Submit malicious URLs or content designed to harm our systems
• Abuse the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by AI Regenesis Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the analysis. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for any other purpose.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of SEO improvement
• You are responsible for reviewing and adapting AI suggestions before use
• AI-generated content should be checked for accuracy and appropriateness
• We are not liable for any consequences of implementing AI recommendations

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Analysis results will improve your search rankings
• Recommendations will be suitable for your specific situation
• Third-party services (Stripe, Anthropic) will always be available

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time via your Profile settings. Unused credits are forfeited upon deletion.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. In cases of serious breach, termination may be immediate without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
